How does World Money Move’s Currency Transfer service work?
Sending a money transfer via World Money Move involves these simple steps:
1. You can either initiate your money transfer by completing our online registration form or by telephoning our customer service team. All you need is the amount of money and country that you want to send the money to, along with the addresses and contact information for both you and the recipient. Please make sure the information you provide is accurate and complete - this will ensure a smooth transaction.
2. Depending on the country where you send money, we can offer you a choice of disbursement methods:
· deliver the payment to your recipient
· make money available for pick up at participating locations
· directly deposit the funds you send into your recipient's bank account
3. Once we have confirmed that we have all the details necessary, we will ask you to send us the necessary funds via online or telephone banking. As soon as we have this, you will receive an email message (or telephone call if this is the preferred option) from World Money Move, which will confirm that your money has been transferred, or is available for your recipient to pick up.

Why does World Money Move require the recipient's phone number?

World Money Move money transfers can be designated for pick up in all countries where service is provided, except Brazil (direct deposit only).
· Delivery
World Money Move offers door-to-door delivery service in the Dominican Republic, India, Jamaica, the Philippines, and Vietnam (select districts in Ho Chi Minh City only). We use local courier services to deliver cash directly to your recipient in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and the Philippines, and bank drafts in India.
PLEASE NOTE: every effort is made to complete each delivery as soon as possible, but we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please be sure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
How long does home delivery take?
Delivery times vary around the world, depending on how far your recipient lives from the nearest payout banking center. The average delivery time for a World Money Move transfer is two days. Deliveries can often be made same day, but may take up to 7 business days in some markets.
