Send your money in 5 easy steps
Please remember that we are at hand to help you at any stage.
Please call us on 0845 009 0500 where one of our experienced team will be able to answer your questions and guide you through the process.
step 1
Select amount and the country
Select the amount in sterling that you would like to send together with the country to which it is being sent. Then press ‘Calculate’ and the cost of the transaction will be calculated.
step 2
Register
Register your name, address and details with World Money Move. You can do this online or call us on 0845 009 0500.
step 3
Select a method of dispatch
Your recipient can pick up the money, have it delivered, or have it deposited directly into their bank account. Available delivery methods vary by country.
step 4
Complete details of person to whom the money is being sent
We need to know the name, address and phone number of the recipient. The bank account details into which the transfer will be made are required, when this is the chosen method of receipt. In the case of delivered or picked up funds, you will be presented with a number of acceptable proofs of identity.
step 5
Send the payment to World Money Move
Once we have confirmed the details that you have provided online or by phone, we will book the transfer. We will provide you with World Money Move’s bank details and a transaction reference number by email (or by phone if it is your preferred contact method), which can be used to trace the progress of the transfer at any time and is a reference for the receiver. Once we have received the funds we will email you to let you know that the transfer is being processed, so that you can notify the recipient. (Please note that transfers to our bank can be same day, but, depending upon your bank, may take up to 3 working days).

N.B. In the case of first-time large transfers (over £500) we may require you to provide us with a copy of ID before we process the transfer. We will notify you about this when we confirm the details of the transaction. A copy of the ID can either be faxed or posted to us.
